I've been thinking quite a bit lately that it might be time for us to welcome another cat in to our home. After many hours of research and careful consideration, we decided to adopt a retired zoo tiger and give him the run of our backyard. We've had to keep our plans under wraps until now but the big day has finally arrived. The wonderful folks from the zoo delivered D'Argo this morning! This photo shows him trying out our swimming pool for the first time. He's still really upset about having been relocated but I'm sure he'll adjust, given enough time. Hopefully he'll be a lot more friendly by the time our neighbors notice he's out there. We feel so fortunate that on a day like today we can experience such an incredible opportunity. If all goes well, we're thinking of bringing in a polar bear next year.
